Gaea (Pronunciation Guy-Ah) is the Greek personification of the Earth as a goddess.  Loosely translated it means "Mother Earth".

Green building design and construction is the opportunity to use resources more efficiently while creating more energy-efficient homes.  The building process, including integrated design, education, finances, and construction all contribute to green building.

Green building does not require any architectural style. It does not have to look organic or earthy. It does not have to be expensive to build and it can be designed in any shape or style. The main focus of green building is to provide benefits to the occupants, leaving a lighter footprint on the environment through conservation of resources, while at the same time balancing energy-efficient, cost-effective, low-maintenance products  for our construction needs.

Lance C. Lowrey

Over 19 years drafting experience.  In that time I have accumulated:

15 years in the architectural design field.

14 Years residential electrical design.

3 years commercial design experience.

13 years custom kitchen design, including custom cabinet design.

3 years of custom capped and hinged truss and rafter design.

Being involved in all aspects of design management from coast to coast I am knowledgeable in the most current state of the art design software for architectural drafting and design.

Instituted the design and construction drawing systems in start-up modular plants, creating a smooth financially responsible process saving thousands of dollars in materials and labor costs.

Extensive experience in green building and design.

Knowledgable in residential and commecial codes such as IRC, UDC, CBC, TITLE 24, IBC, and NEC.

Strong artisitic background.

Brian Southworth

Degree in Architectural/Residential Design. With experience in:

12 years in the Architectural Design Field.

Residential electrical designer.

Modular Home experience.

6 Years submitting state approvals for 10 different states.

4 years as a personal consultant for one of the biggest modular plants in Wisconsin.
